Q. What do you need to know to get started on my articles?
A. You will receive an email following your purchase that will ask you for all of the details needed to get started on your article order. If you do not receive an email with two hours, please call 970-372-2230 or use the contact us page to send us a message.
Q. When will I get my order?
A. Your articles will be delivered within 5 business days after we receive your response to our email.
Q. Will my articles be unique and original?
A. Yes, we guarantee that all of the articles written by Articles That Rock are 100% unique, original, and verified by Copyscape at the time of delivery.
Q. Do I own the copyrights to the articles of my order?
A. Yes, you receive all the rights to the articles you hire us to write for you. We maintain no ownership of your articles unless you have requested a refund.
Q. If I am not satisfied with an article, can I request revisions?
A. Yes. We guarantee that our articles “rock” and if you do not satisfied, we will “roll” them over until you are thrilled with our work. You must contact us within 48 business hours of receipt to request a revision and detail what you do not like about your article. We will send your revision within 48 hours.
Q. Can I get a refund for articles that I do not like?
A. Yes. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, we will offer you a refund. Of course, once a refund has been made, you lose all rights to the content provided by our writers. You may not publish, share or use any article, as it will become the property of Articles That Rock. Any article that is refunded and used by a customer is subject to copyright infringement laws.
Q. Can I get a discount for a large quantity order?
A. No. Our low prices are loss leaders designed to entice businesses that are unfamiliar with our service to give us a try. We earn profits only when we satisfy customers that continue ordering.
Can I order an article that is not the standard 400-500 words?
A. Yes, we charge $0.02 per word, which is proportionate to our standard rate.
